This is related to an ongoing outage due to a fiber cut at our Lansing Airport POP site, we are currently working to resolve the issue. Technicians have been mobilized to identify and repair the cut in order to restore service.
Statuses will continue to be provided as they are received.
We have identified a backup MPLS path to be affected at this time, we have engaged the proper teams to investigate the cause and restore service.
At this time no cloud services are affected, but service is degraded.
Per Fortinet support, a new unit will need to be shipped out to resolve this issue.
We will provide an update at the time we receive the replacement unit.
